A crime to give away your money…

In Texas a politician wants a law against giving money to pan handelers so the poor will leave town. Wow. I didn’t know that NOT GIVING CHARITY was the CURE for HOMELESSNESS. Thank you Councilman John Clamp.  for that bit of news!
