Not homeless, still important

#fb This is Billy. My daughter loves him. He used to talk to her about camping and listen to her chatter on about the trials of being 10 years old.
He hasn’t been homeless in a few years, but he lives in housing on skid row. Building skills like money management and how to pay bills, share a laundry room, and go shopping are all seeminly small achievements – but the result is phenominal. The result is that Billy has a home and is able to keep himself housed.
