My preschooler came home.early on Friday and I admit, it took me hours to realize she didnt have a summer cold, she had Heat Stroke.
Her skin was red, she wasn’t sweating or peeing, she was dizzy, disoriented, could barely walk (I carried her), had a headache and eventually vomited.
I don’t know what took me so long to sort this out. It wasnt on my mind.
So keep it on your mind and go to a cooling center of you dont have a cool or shady or airconditioned place to be.
